FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What are research peptides?

Research peptides are synthetic chains of amino acids produced for use in scientific research, laboratory studies, and educational purposes. They are not approved for human consumption or therapeutic use.

What does “Research Use Only” mean?

All PeptidePro products are sold exclusively for in-vitro research purposes. By purchasing, you confirm that products will be used in a legitimate research or educational setting and not for human or animal consumption.

How should I store my peptides?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C for long-term stability. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, peptides should be stored at 2-8°C (refrigerated) and used within 30 days.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

A COA is an official document that reports the results of third-party analytical testing performed on a specific batch of peptide. It verifies identity, purity, and quality specifications. We include a COA with every order.

How do you ship peptides?

All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground in insulated packaging with cold packs. Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for several days, but we take extra precautions to ensure quality. Orders placed before 2 PM EST Monday-Friday ship same day.
